To upgrade, open a ticket with Billing & Account telling us what you need (more memory, more storage, more sites), or if you see an Upgrade/Downgrade option on your service page, you can start it there yourself.
We handle the technical side of every upgrade and schedule any work that could affect your site with you in advance.
