Invoices appear in your portal under Billing > My Invoices about two weeks before their due date, so nothing ever arrives as a surprise.
How you pay depends on your account:
- If you pay through an existing arrangement with us (most long-standing clients), your invoices show "Existing Payment Profile" and are settled automatically. You never need to do anything; the portal copy is simply your record.
- If you ordered through our store, pay each invoice by its due date using the payment method shown on the invoice.
Every invoice can be viewed and downloaded from the portal at any time. Questions about a charge? Open a ticket with Billing & Account and we will walk through it line by line.
