Root access: available by default (and why most clients never need it) Print

StackLinux is fully managed, but your server is still yours. Nothing is locked away.

Your server's row in the portal includes WHM access by default. No request needed. From WHM you can see every account on your server, check status and resource usage, and manage DNS.

Need to go deeper, such as SSH access for a developer? Just open a ticket and we will set it up.

In practice, most clients never touch any of it. Every change you might make at that level (installs, tuning, configuration) is already included in your plan, done by engineers who work on these servers daily. The access exists because transparency matters, not because you will ever be left to fend for yourself.
